ReflektorTV – so vielfältig wie Neukölln!

Mit ReflektorTV möchten wir ein innovatives und partizipatives Kiez-Fernsehen im Schillerkiez

und den angrenzenden Kiezen etablieren. Unser soziokulturelles Projekt schafft eine neue,

immersive Form des lokalen Fernsehens, die weit über traditionelle Berichterstattung und

klassisches Lokal-TV hinausgeht: Es entsteht ein Resonanzraum, in dem sich Menschen,

Initiativen und Orte des Kiezes über kulturelle Grenzen hinweg sichtbar, hörbar und miteinander

verbinden.

 

 

Zielsetzung

Partizipation: Jede und jeder kann sich beteiligen – ob als Reporter*in, Gesprächspartner*in,

Zuschauer*in oder Organisator*in.

Vernetzung im Kiez: Durch die aktive Beteiligung von Projekträumen, Initiativen, Geschäften

und Einzelpersonen entsteht ein lebendiges Kommunikationsnetzwerk

Stärkung des Gemeinschaftsgefühls: Indem der Kiez sich selbst im Fernsehen darstellen kann,

fördern wir Zugehörigkeit und Identität.

Förderung analoger Begegnungen: Digitale Sichtbarkeit soll reale Begegnungen im Stadtraum

anregen und so das soziale Leben im Schillerkiez intensivieren.

 

 

Umsetzung

Studio im Reflektor Neukölln: Hier entsteht das Herzstück des Projekts – ein TV-Studio, aus dem

regelmäßig live gesendet wird.

Zuschaltungen via OBS: Reporter*innen und Partner-Orte im Kiez können direkt in die Send-

ungen zugeschaltet und integriert werden.

Ausstrahlung: Das Programm wird über eine eigene Website gestreamt und auf einem YouTube-

Kanal archiviert, um langfristig zugänglich zu bleiben.

Präsenz im Stadtraum: Monitore in Schaufenstern von Geschäften. Dadurch können
Passant*innen spontan am Programm teilhaben.

 

 

Besonderheit

ReflektorTV unterscheidet sich von klassischem Lokalfernsehen: Es ist interaktiv und kooperativ.

Statt Konsum passiver Inhalte entsteht ein Raum, in dem alle Beteiligten Mitgestalter*innen

sind. ReflektorTV wird damit selbst zu einem sozialen Medium im besten Sinne – als Schnittstelle

verbindet es den digitalen Raum mit dem realen Leben im Kiez und unterstützt die Entstehung

neuer analoger Situationen.

 

 

Wirkung

Kurzfristig: Sichtbarkeit lokaler Initiativen, Projekte und Menschen, die den Kiez prägen.

Mittelfristig: Stärkere Vernetzung zwischen Akteur*innen und neue Formen der Zusammenarbeit.

Langfristig: Abbildung der Vielfalt und Diversität des Kiezes bei gleichzeitig gestärktem
Gemeinschaftsgefühl, mehr Austausch im öffentlichen Raum und eine lebendige, analoge

Kiezkultur.

 

 

Fazit

Mit ReflektorTV möchten wir im Schillerkiez ein Modellprojekt starten, das zeigt, wie digitale

Medien neue Resonanzräume für Gemeinschaft schaffen können. Unser Ansatz verbindet

Kulturarbeit, Medienkompetenz, Stadtteilentwicklung und soziale Teilhabe in einem innovativen

Format.

ReflektorTV – as diverse as Neukölln!

 

With ReflektorTV, we want to establish innovative and participatory neighborhood television in

Schillerkiez and the surrounding neighborhoods. Our sociocultural project creates a new,

immersive form of local television that goes far beyond traditional reporting and classic local TV:

It creates a resonance chamber in which people, initiatives, and places in the neighborhood

become visible, audible, and connected with each other across cultural boundaries.

 

 

 

Objectives

 

Participation: Everyone can participate – whether as a reporter, discussion partner, viewer, or

organizer.

 

 Networking in the neighborhood: The active participation of project spaces, initiatives, businesses,

and individuals creates a vibrant communication network.

 

 Strengthening the sense of community: By allowing the neighborhood to present itself on

television, we promote a sense of belonging and identity.

 

 Promoting analog encounters: Digital visibility is intended to stimulate real encounters in urban

spaces, thereby intensifying social life in the Schillerkiez neighborhood.

 

 

Implementation

 

 Studio at Reflektor Neukölln: This is where the heart of the project is being created – at TV studio

from which regular live broadcasts will be made.

 

Connections via OBS: Reporters and partner locations in the neighborhood can be connected

directly to the broadcasts and integrated.

 

 

Broadcast: The program is streamed via its own website and archived on a YouTube channel for

long-term

 

 

 

Special feature

 

 

ReflektorTV differs from traditional local television: it is interactive and cooperative. Instead of

consuming passive content, it creates a space in which all participants are co-creators. ReflektorTV

thus becomes a social medium in the best sense of the word—as an interface, it connects the

digital space with real life in the neighborhood and supports the emergence of new analog

situations.

 

 

 

Impact

 

 

Short term: Visibility for local initiatives, projects, and people who shape the neighborhood.

 

 

Medium term: Stronger networking between actors and new forms of cooperation.

 

 

Long term: Reflection of the neighborhood's diversity and variety, while at the same time

strengthening the sense of community, increasing exchange in public spaces, and creating a

lively, analog neighborhood culture.

 

 

 

Conclusion

 

 

With ReflektorTV, we want to launch a model project in Schillerkiez that shows how digital media

can create new spaces for community resonance. Our approach combines cultural work, media

literacy, neighborhood development, and social participation in an innovative format.
